Throwback Thursday #30

Throwback Thursday is a bookish meme hosted every two weeks by me and Stephanie @Bookfever where we feature books that we've read in the past but are still crazy about. It could be a book you read as a child and still remember and love or maybe just a book that you haven't read in a long time and want to show your love for. Each week we'll be featuring a new random question to answer!

My pick this week:

Twilight Stephenie Meyer.

About three things I was absolutely positive:
First, Edward was a vampire.
Second, there was a part of him - and I didn't know how dominant that part might be - that thirsted for my blood.
And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him.
When Bella Swan moves to the gloomy town of Forks and meets Edward Cullen, her life takes a thrilling and terrifying turn. With his porcelain skin, golden eyes, mesmerizing voice, and supernatural gifts, Edward is both irresistible and impenetrable. Up until now, he has managed to keep his true ident…

Woods Wednesday #27

Woods wednesday is in dedication to a story me and Stephanie from Bookfeverhave going on Goodreads. I am currently editing the story and to make that move faster I have decided to start Woods wednesday. It will mean that every wednesday I will share a picture, collage, maybe even a little teaser from some of the previous added chapters or maybe even some from the part that we are currently working on. It could also be a characters bio, an interview with one or one of the many facts about Geoff Woods. And of course also add a new chapter (hence making it move faster) to Goodreads every wednesday.

Tweet from the Woods house:
@CrissTheAwesome: Not sure I should be reading this for kid...

Chapter added today: Claiming Krysta learns more about the werewolf nature.  And Criss steals a phone to make a secret phonecall.

You can check out the story on Goodreads here (New chapter every wednesday) Or go to our page on Facebook here

Review: "Following Trouble" by Emme Rollins

Following Trouble by Emme Rollins

Sabrina’s one amazing, perfect day with lead singer Rob Burns from her favorite band, Trouble, has turned into a blossoming long-distance romance as the band finishes the U.S. leg of their tour and Sabrina finishes out the school year teaching her second-grade class.

Rob and Sabrina have fallen hard, and time and distance only seem to have made their bond stronger, but Rob’s messy divorce and Sabrina’s best friend, Katie’s, devastating experience on the road with the band aren’t the only threats to their growing love affair.

Normally practical Sabrina finds herself following both Rob and “Trouble” down a rock n roll road promising both high risk and immeasurable reward.

But will Rob and Sabrina’s love survive the rock and roll fantasy?

My rating:
*4.5 stars*

Because of the end the first book had I was really excited about the second one and getting to see where life took Rob and Sabrina.
Rob and Sabrina's romance has turned into a long distance relati…

Review: "Meeting Trouble" by Emme Rollins

Meeting Trouble by Emme Rollins

Sabrina can’t believe her luck—she’s always dreamed of front row seats to see her favorite band, “Trouble,” but when she bumps into lead singer, Rob Burns, and he invites her backstage, she finds herself hoping her luck doesn’t run out—and that maybe, just maybe, all her dreams will come true.

Warning: This full 45,000 word novel the ultimate fantasy come true when a female fan meets a sexy rock star guitar god with enough pluck to make the g-string on your Stratocaster quiver for days. (Note: This title was originally published as “Happy Accident”)

My rating:
Once again an amazing book by Emme Rollins. I've been obsessed ever since I read Dear Rockstar so when I heard about Meeting Trouble I was really excited! Another rock star book! Could it get any better?! Can never go wrong with one of those.
Meeting Trouble is about Sabrina who's been a fan of the band Trouble for forever and we start out when her and her friend Katie have front row seats t…
