Re-readathon: Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead chapter #19

To keep up with our goal of re-reading more of our favorite books this year and re-discover them we created this challenge for ourselves to help accomplish that goal. We will be reading one chapter each day and also doing a blog post about the chapter, going into detail about each chapter in the book. We decided to start our re-read with Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead.

Chapter 19:

First sentence:

It's hard to say what finally made me do it. 

So it's pretty much chaos at the start with Dimitri having to hurry and get Lissa and then she comes into the clinic and they have to take care of her. When she's stable Rose talks to her and tells her what she's discovered, they don't end things good though- Lissa won't talk to her, she's mad she told about her. I'm glad she did, though. It's what's best for Lissa. 

Next day at school people follow Lissa's lead and don't talk to Rose, Mia however sees it as her chance to team up with Rose and get back at her, kind of funny. Of course Rose doesn't. 

The dance arrived and at first Rose decides not to go, but Mason shows up at her room and gets her to go with him because he has a surpirse. Turns out his surprise was Ralf and Jesse apologizing and saying why they did it... turns out Mia slept with them. Both of them.. 

Kind of short chapter, but can I just say how I loved how Dimitri looked and looked and looked at Rose in her dress. He he.

I almost choked on my own laughter. "Do you? Wow. I'm really glad to hear that. Because you see, until you said that, I'd been thinking it had happened. Thank God you guys are here to set me straight and tell me what the hell I have of haven't done!"
